At NZ Muscle, we want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel items. If your new gear isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your NZ Muscle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in a shipping bag along with your printed return slip.

• 3.
  Send It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office to be sent back to our Auckland warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
